المقادير:
 ـ 200غ من الزبدة 
نصف كأس من العسل أو ما يعادل 100غ 
رشة ملح
ـ 3  ملاعق كبيرة من ماء الزهر 
كيس خميرة كيماوية أو بيكنج باودر(8غ) = ملعقة كبيرة
دقيق حسب الخليط ما بين 350 إلى 400غ 
سكر بودرة للتغليف
